If you see this error message, it means that My Library Account automatically created two accounts for you, most likely because you were both a student and an employee at some time.

You should still be able to login to My Library Account on the bottom of the login screen, using your complete JAC number and a pin (which will be the last 4 digits of your social security number unless you have changed it).

Please contact the Carrier Circulation Desk to report the error and they will delete the extra record. After that fix, you will be able to access My Library Account with either login option.
