There is a public phone Rose Library that can make JMU and local calls for free.
It is located next to the entrance to the 24/7 space. To find it:
- From inside the library, exit through the door next to Starbucks. The phone is to your right.
- From outside the library, take the side entrance. The phone is straight ahead.
