There is no special log in required for Films on Demand.  If you’re having access problems then it probably means that your computer is not set up to connect to library resources from off campus.  The instructions for doing this can be found at http://www.lib.jmu.edu/connect/. Once you are set up to connect from off-campus you should be able to access the Films on Demand video without the username prompt.

If you are set up for off campus access and the problem continues, it may be because of an issue with Films on Demand getting stuck due to an old password being saved in your web browser.  Try clearing your browser's history and cookies and then reloading the video.
