Questions about connectivity issues: Can you reset submissions from users?

Assignments do not need to be reset. In the case of connectivity loss, the student's browser should retain a cache of the content they were working on. We do recommend working in Word or another program that auto-saves to ensure no loss of content.
Quizzes give the professor a few tools to manage a quiz. One of those tools is giving a student another attempt on a quiz. This effectively resets the quiz for that student. Please see Instructure's guide on the moderate tool in Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes.
