If the catalog is not working you should use Quick Search:

For Quick Search:

  1. On the JMU Library home page, Quick Search is the bar in the center near the top of the page. If you are not on JMU's network or have your computer set up to work off campus you can still use quick search as a guest user.
  2. From the drop-down list change the option from 'Articles, Books and More' to 'JMU Library Catalog.' This should limit your search to the items in our catalog.
