Q. Error Message: In Student View - User information missing, did not receive: e-mail address....


The following error message will appear on the Webex page in your Canvas class site while using the Canvas Student View. This feature is meant for instructors to experience what their student's see in their Canvas-hosted classes, but it will not work on Webex because it comes from an outside service.

User information missing, did not receive: e-mail address. Ensure your user profile in your learning platform includes the missing material. If your profile does, please have your administrator ensure your LMS is configured to send all user information via LTI External Tools.

Click on the "Leave Student View" button in the lower right corner of the browser window or browse to another area of Canvas.
