Almost 90 staff and faculty members from a variety of Libraries teams had dedicated office space in Carrier Library before construction started. We worked closely with JMU Real Property & Space Management and Libraries team leaders to identify alternate spaces for our employees during the construction project. We also adjusted office space usage in Rose Library and the Music Library.
We have successfully adapted to temporary facility closures before and are leveraging this experience during construction project.
