Q. How do I get support for equipment and technology in my classroom while Carrier is closed for renovation?

Your access to support for classroom technologies is not changing while Carrier is under construction. To request support with classroom equipment or technology:

• Email LIDdesk@jmu.edu
• Call 540-568-6799 (press “1”)

• Visit the Learning Innovations & Design Desk in Rose Library during the desk's open hours

After you take one of the above actions, an expert from the Libraries will assist you.
