Your access to support for Canvas and other learning technologies is not changing while Carrier is under construction. When you want help with Canvas, Respondus, TurnItIn, illumira, Canvas Studio, CampusPress, or Blue Course Evaluations, you can: 

• Email letsupport@jmu.edu
• Call 540-568-6799 (press “2”)
• Request a consultation (choose “Instructional Design and Technology” on the web form)

• Visit the Learning Innovations & Design Desk in Rose Library during the desk's open hours

After you take one of the above actions, an expert from the Libraries will assist you.
