If you see this error message, it means that you have two library accounts which usually happens when a person has been both a student and an employee of JMU.

You should still be able to login to My Library Account on the bottom of the login screen using your complete JAC number and a pin (which will be the last 4 digits of your social security number unless you have changed it).

Please contact the library to report the error and they should delete the extra record. After that, you will be able to access your library account with either login option.
