Q. How can I link to a report in IBISWorld, ProcurementIQ, or Data Axle?

In order to link back to a report retrieved in IBISWorld or Data Axle, you will need to manually alter the URL to include the JMU authentication in order to ensure access to the full content of the report. 

To create the authenticated link for IBISWorld:

1. Copy the URL from your browser.
   For example: https://my.ibisworld.com/us/en/industry/62/industry-performance
2. Add the following to the front of the URL: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/jmu.edu?url=

Your final URL should look like this: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/jmu.edu?url=https://my.ibisworld.com/us/en/industry/62/industry-performance

To create the authenticated link for Data Axle:

Creating links for Data Axle will depend on if you are accessing on or off-campus.

When accessing from on-campus:

1. Copy the URL from your browser
   For example:  http://www.referenceusa.com/UsBusiness/Detail/Tagged/28b883a5fda44f65a1e57f11df69a6f0?recordId=402622408
2. Add the following to the front of your URL:  https://go.openathens.net/redirector/jmu.edu?url=

When accessing from off-campus:

1. Copy the URL from your browser
2. Delete the portion of the URL highlighted in yellow below
   http://www.referenceusa.com.eu1.proxy.openathens.net/UsBusiness/Detail/Tagged/fd8c4e2bf8754845b4d0f1a5afc34520?recordId=402622408
3. Add the following to the front of the URL: https://go.openathens.net/redirector/jmu.edu?url=
