You should not need a password for Films on Demand.
If you're having problems accessing Films on Demand, then your computer might not be connected to access library resources off campus. See our Connect from Off-Campus guide for instructions on doing so.
If you're set up for off campus access and the problem continues, then it may be because of an old password saved in your web browser. Try clearing your browser's history and cookies and then reload the video.
