Your JMU eID and password are your username and password for all your JMU accounts, including
- MyMadison
- Canvas
- Logging onto a campus computer
- Your library account and other library resources
If you're off campus and prompted for a username and password while trying to access one of the libraries resources, then your computer may not be set up to access them from off campus. Please see our Connect from Off Campus guide for more help.
