When ILL items become overdue, we go through the following process:

  • When you keep an item you've rented past the due date, we'll send you an overdue e-mail reminder.
  • If you don't return the item within 7 days of the due date, we'll block your ILL privileges.
  • Once that happens, it is your job to contact us immediately and let us know the status of the item. 
  • If you don't contact us, we will bill you the next business day for $110 replacement cost and a non-refundable $15 processing fee for each item.
